Return & Exchange policy
• We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

• Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if the product is:

            a. Damaged during transit

            b. Defective

            c. Incorrect item delivered

• To request a return, please email us with clear images and 360 degree product video within 7 days.

• Products that are used, opened, or tampered with (seal broken, serial altered) are not eligible.

• Once inspected & approved, we will:

            a. Refund your original payment within 7 business days (for prepaid orders).

            b. Process COD refunds within 14 business days.

            c. Or send a replacement based on your choice.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible—but you may refuse delivery, and the return policy will apply.
